Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
No need to send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only exchange or return are granted: (if applicable)
If there any mismatch in product description / Product code / product qty / size / with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one or be it similar.
You can return a product within 48 hrs from the date you received it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
Refunds (if applicable)
Normally we will not provide refund process but Fragrantiz can offer you exchange or similar product.
Customer can return product within 24 hrs to 48 hrs after receiving the product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval exchange or similar product.
Within 7 working days we will send you new product.
Refund is only applicable if we cannot supply ordered item (Refund time – within 15 working days).
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately discount or offer items cannot be exchanged.
Cancellation Policy with below conditions –
If this order has been made between us by telephone or correspondence (including e-mail) or from fragrantiz, without any face to face contact having occurred between us, then you will have a 24 hours time period from the time to order is placed in which to cancel this order. But customer has to pay shipping charge both ways. This right does not apply at any time after the product(s) is dispatched.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: C/o Fajr Technologies, 31/426, Guruvayur, Thrissur Kerala India 680103.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Rs.1000/-, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
