How COVID-19 affecting business hours of fragrantiz

Millions of people in the world really crazy to protect them from Noval Corona virus, COVID-19. The main problem of this virus is lack of proper medicine; we don’t develop any medicine against COVID-19. So each government launched their own safety methods. The major and common safety method from all country, keeping isolation – #STAYHOME #STAYSAFE.

Fragrantiz put hold all its operations 50% by 24th March 2020 with the implementation of “BREAK THE CHAIN at 23/3/2020” campaign to fend of COVID 19 by Kerala state government . It seriously affect our sales and operations but we are strongly social oriented and we want to make sure the safety of each customers and our connected staffs.  But Indian Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi has declared a 21-day Total Lockdown at 24/3/2020 across the nation of 1.3 billion people “to save India” from the coronavirus pandemic. We also follow lockdown and save india.


Fragrantiz do all India and international delivery. Now we stopped all shipment services since 24th March 2020, but our customer care and Whatsapp support working 24/7 and we accept orders.

We are 100% online store so we don’t have direct interaction with customers or we don’t have counter sale, so its safe to run and do door delivery but we use India Post (Speed Post) as our courier partner, Speed Post also joined in Lockdown of 21 day, so we cant dispatch orders. India government already stopped all trains and flights so it seriously affects our delivery service.

We will start our services by following the safety methods of Government, after 21 days total lockdown. We hope you and whole family will be safe.
